Roodland has already a well-established online presence and impressive reach on various social media platforms. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will get to push our boundaries to a larger territory and regularly monitor our digital activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Handling social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, Quora, etc. 
  • Execute the strategies for the formation and placement of various lead magnets on various websites and social media channels run by Roodland
  • Ensure the execution of SEO and create an SEO audit report
  • Execute message campaigns through automation tools
  • Create/design, execute, monitor, and analyse successful email marketing campaigns
  • Implement automation techniques on emerging trends 
  • Execute and monitor contests and giveaways launched by the organization time and again 
  • Implement the market go to strategies formed by the senior marketing team in the organization
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of PPC Ads campaign in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid Ads. 
  • Work with the team to brainstorm on new ideas and innovative growth strategies. Hire, coordinate and manage interns from prestigious universities for various campaigns designed by the organization
  • coordinate with the internal team and external vendor associates for the content, graphic designs, and other materials to execute digital marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with the team executing Branding | Marketing | Sales for the projects run by other members in the team for their timely requirements
  • Perform primary and secondary research to identify the target audience for various existing and upcoming products and services at Roodland
  • Monitor, respond and engage with the online community on a daily basis
  • Conduct situation analysis and market research on competitive brands to form better engagement strategies across all the social media platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing for social media and various Ad campaigns
  • Analyze the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, ranking, etc
     

Education & Experience

  • Experience: 0 to 2 Years
  • Should have the technical knowledge and working experience in 
  • SEO | SEM | PPC | Email marketing | GTM | Website designing | Content marketing | Data Visualization
  • Working knowledge of using tools such as
  • Hootsuite | Canva | Buzz Sumo | Mailchimp | Buffer | Moz | Google Analytics | Facebook Analytics | SEM Rush | Unbounce | Others necessary
