  • Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.
  • Ready to make Unlimited calls to the prospective Buyer
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
     

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or High school diploma.
  • Basic computer skills like MS Office      
  • 1 – 5 Yrs exp in Real Estate.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
